I have trained and competed as a powerlifter for 20+ years at the highest level and have coached powerlifting for 10+ years with one of the biggest and best teams in the country. Now I am creating a program for everyone outside of powerlifting. I have taken my years of experience and produced this routine that will give great results for everyone looking to increase their fitness levels. Effective Programming
A unique variety of exercises and dynamic set/rep schemes make the program as challenging as you want it to be. Beginners can self pace through the program with lower intensity and increase intensity over time, while advanced lifters can push with higher intensity and challenge themselves (and each other).

Dynamic Blocks
We have 4 different blocks consisting of 4 weeks of programming each. All blocks contain different exercises with different mechanisms to progress. This dynamic way of training allows you to learn different movements along with using some of the basics to keep things fun.

After a successful career, 7 all-time world records, suffering a massive stroke, and then making a comeback as a raw lifter, I found my passion & purpose as a coach. It's who I am. I'm a strength coach. I have no other jobs, & no other hobbies.

How do I access the community?
I've partnered with TrainHeroic so that you have the best tech in the game. You'll have your own profile and login to an app (both iOS and Android have a version) so that you can see each day's training, track your progress, and so that you can communicate on the Team's message boards too.
What do you mean by a Team?
You're not buying a training program that starts today & ends in 4 weeks. You're signing up to be part of a community that follows a training calendar that is kept updated in real-time. Your job is to show up each day ready to work & to ask questions & to share your success along the way.
How long does each training session take?
You should expect that in the early going, because you'll be learning some new movements, the training sessions will take a full 60 minutes. After a couple of weeks, once you're more comfortable with how I'm coaching the team, each session should take 40-60 minutes.
