Conjugate is all about self regulating your lifts. You will need to know when to stop. Remember your gym lifts should never be better than you competition lifts.
There is no deload between block and Circa Max roll right into it... You should plan a full deload the week before the meet... do nothing but eat and sleep (as much as possible) no weights!
