Over 20 years ago, I began my training journey at Westside Barbell under Louie Simmons.

I've taken my own experience to develop a system that gets powerlifters ready for the platform.

We'll train 4 days per week & we'll lift heavy (max-effort) & for speed (dynamic efforts).

You'll train your ass off, committing to an hour of training 4x per week.

We'll stick to the basics.

I believe that a rack & a barbell, is all anyone needs to be really good at this sport.

I believe that "If you want to squat more, squat more," & I have applied that same thought process into all three lifts.

You're not getting a PDF program though, you're joining a Team which means there are a ton of other lifters doing the same training, on the same day, & we'll push each other (with leaderboards) and lift each other up (with message boards).

I care about your training experience so I've partnered with TrainHeroic. We're delivering my training, coaching, and our community (the Team) all through our app, so you can take it with you while you train.

A Bigger Bench
We'll hit max-effort and dynamic effort days on the bench, using Prilepin's chart to make sure we're asking for the right effort and intensity along the way. Your Bench will make steady progress and we'll commit to seeing some PR's together.

A Stronger Squat
We'll work to be as close to perfect with the barbell as possible. That commitment to perfection along with repetition is the recipe we'll dial up over and over. Somebody once told me, "If you want to squat more, squat more." That's the magic.

Your Heaviest Deadlift Ever
We'll shatter Deadlift PRs every few training blocks. Be patient, stick to the plan, and when it's time to "go", I'll catch you on the Leaderboard.

I'm a strength coach. I have no other jobs, & no other hobbies.

Is Greg Really Coaching the Team?
Absolutely. I'm writing the training programs and I'm on the message boards every day to make sure that you know I'm here rooting for you, pushing you when you need it, and offering a spot wherever I can along the way.
What do you mean by a Team?
You're not buying a training program that starts today & ends in 4 weeks. You're signing up to be part of a community that follows a training calendar that is kept updated in real-time. Your job is to show up each day ready to work & to ask questions & to share your success along the way.
How long does each training session take?
You should expect that in the early going, because you'll be learning some new movements, the training sessions will take a full 60 minutes. After a couple of weeks, once you're more comfortable with how I'm coaching the team, each session should take 40-60 minutes.
How do I access the community?
I've partnered with TrainHeroic so that you have the best tech in the game. You'll have your own profile and login to an app (both iOS and Android have a version) so that you can see each day's training, track your progress, and so that you can communicate on the Team's message boards too.
