Every team workout we publish is tested under pressure by our coaches and clients before it’s released. Born out of real training, not theory. These are the sessions we do ourselves. No shortcuts, no gimmicks, no marketing, or rubbish to sell you. All we ask is your honesty of effort and a review if you complete the programme.

This team is a community designed around a comprehensive strength and conditioning programme for busy people who love to train. We combine various methods of training, and package it up into a fun, progressive and effective team programme.

About this programme

The programme provides for training 6 days a week, each day has a beginner, intermediate and advanced option which you can alternate between depending how you feel. Each workout is focused on compound strength training with carefully selected supplementary exercises. We also prescribe walking, active recovery, some cardio and conditioning.

The programming evolves month-on-month and is based around a full 12 month training cycle.

FAQs
What is Hard Body Code?
A structured strength and conditioning system built to make you stronger, leaner, and more disciplined through clear weekly programming and progressive training blocks.
How many days per week is the training?
Programming is there for 6 days but you can be selective based on the time you have.
Do I need a full gym?
A standard commercial gym is ideal, but every session includes simple substitutions so you can train in any setting. Lots of our members train exclusively at home.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Don't be put off by any exercises you don't know, everything is scalable.
Can I track my progress?
Yes. Each block builds deliberately with measurable weekly progression, strength benchmarks, and conditioning standards.
What equipment do I need?
Dumbbells, kettlebells, a rack, a barbell, and basic cardio equipment. Alternatives are provided if you are missing something.
How long are the sessions?
Most sessions run 45–60 minutes. Challenge sessions and conditioning days vary by block.
Do I get coaching support?
Yes. Coaching, feedback, accountability, and community support take place in the Hard Body Code Skool group. You will get access once your free trial completes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts, no hidden conditions.
How are the programmes updated?
New training blocks drop on schedule every month. Additionally we schedule events, challenges, and cycle planning.
