Well here you go a team of people on the same grind, same purpose, and same pain that your going through in each workout. (Only good pain ;) )

This team will primarily focus on bettering technique and strength. There will be discussed set weeks in advanced times where we will have a Peak whether that be in competition or at home.

This 3 day option team allows for you to get a workout in in roughly an hour so that you can get back to the family at a reasonable time
