Lifting Weights is always fun but we want to allow those of you that are looking to lose weight the option to do so at a faster rate. Along with a great nutrition this program is guaranteed to shed off some pounds!

This Program consists of two days with a primary lift plus 2 gpp style workouts to get the blood flowing and heart pumping! The other 2 days are cardio based with core workout to finish the workout out!
