This program was developed for the Busy body! Someone always on the move with limited time to spare. I also understand what its like to be running out of time on a daily basis, from working 12-18 hour shifts to being a father. I never allowed it from stopping me keep my health/fitness in check because if my health is poor then my value will be poor. Ive structured the program based off exercise selection I've personally experienced that had me in and out of the gym within 30-40 minutes.

It is programed for progressive overload/hypertrophy. You will learn a different selection of exercises and workout structures. You will also learn to master each exercise movement. During each workout, I program to alternate between specific muscles within the muscle group with exercise selection. Week by week we strive to get better, not just by the amount of weight you may or may not add but by the contraction you are receiving from the targeted muscle.
