This program is the start to get that look you desire. This program is meant to be placed into Pre-existing program that you may have or you can search my other programs to add in more muscle groups!

The primary focus of this program is to make some Leg gains!

It is programed for progressive overload/hypertrophy. You will learn a different selection of exercises and workout structures. You will also learn to master each exercise movement.
During each workout, I program to alternate between specific muscles within the muscle group with exercise selection.
Week by week we strive to get better, not just by the amount of weight you may or may not add but by the contraction you are receiving from the targeted muscle.
