The primary focus of this program is to make some shoulder gains!

It is programed for progressive overload/hypertrophy. You will learn a different selection of exercises and workout structures. You will also learn to master each exercise movement.

Ive seen some home gyms setup with the equipment necessary but I would recommend using a commercial gym for equipment options.
