FAQs
What Age / Grade is this for?
This program is for high school & college wrestlers. Beginners should start with our other programs, either Beginner Strength or High School STRONG.
What happens after the Program is Completed?
You have lifetime access to our programs on TrainHeroic. You can repeat the 9 week program again and then transition into our monthly program, Gladiator STRONG.
What if I don't have a sandbag or kettlebells?
You can substitute dumbbells for kettlebells but eventually, an investment needs to be made in getting the right equipment. If you're always looking for a substitute, eventually, you're no even following the program. This program requires you to get Uncomfortable.
Can I follow these wrestling workouts in season?
If this is in season, train 2 x week and remove 1 set from ALL exercises. Reduce the volume as needed. Our most successful wrestlers train ALL Year Round.
