Absolutely. Your season is likely longer than 12 weeks, so after 12 weeks, start again from the beginning.
Can Middle School Athletes Use this Program?

How Long is Each Workout?
On Average, these in season workouts should last 30 -35 minutes. If you are tight on time, remove 1 set from each exercise.
