FAQs
Can I use this program if I am NOT a combat athlete?
If you want to train LIKE a combat athlete & build ALL around strength, power, stamina and toughness then YES, you can follow this program!
How long is each workout?
If you follow the combat specific warm ups and do the entire workout, 45 minutes should be the time it takes to complete each session.
How can I adjust the workouts in season?
Remove 1 and maybe 2 sets from every exercise to reduce overall volume. If there is a finisher, do NOT do the finisher.
Are these Follow Along Workouts?
Yes, every training session has a combat sports specific style warm up and then you follow the sets and reps listed for each exercise of the workout.
What age are these workouts best suited for?
High School and Older.
