**High School STRONG is a 16 Week training plan for the high school coach to implement with their team, the parent to implement at home for their son / daughter or for any Coach to implement. ** The programs begins from ground zero with nothing but the basics and progresses the athlete week after week to more advanced training activities and methods.

This is the program I implement at the high school level when we have incoming freshman and start them from ground zero.

It is amazing to see the transformation in both mind AND body when the athlete goes through this program.

NO Fancy Equipment Needed
This program has been tested, refined and proven since 2002 at The Underground Strength Gym as well as the high school I coach at. You're not getting some BS theory, you're getting the BluePrint that transforms weak athletes into BEASTS. We use bodyweight / calisthenics, dumbbells, barbells and a trap bar. There is nothing fancy needed. This program is entirely focused on RESULTS.

As a Strength & Sports Performance Coach who works with large groups at the high school setting, safety is a MAJOR concern for me. This program is safely progressed each week. The exercises have video demonstrations to ensure proper technique. These workouts are FUN for the athletes as they work hard but never so hard that they feel destroyed. Every week the athletes will have an athletic based warm up / prep before strength training begins. This alone will boost the athleticism, speed & power of your athletes. Every week is a day dedicated to speed & agility training to ensure your athletes are not only getting bigger and stronger, but they are developing blazing speed & agility as well. ALL aspects of sports performance are covered!
