I’ve been coaching and racing in the sport of obstacle course racing and hybrid fitness racing for 12+ years.

You're going to receive 3 weekly training sessions that will mesh in well with your busy life. Training that promises to translate out on course if you're consistent.

At no additional cost you'll receive nutrition coaching from Yancy's wife Amy Culp who's a well respected Sports Performance Dietitian. Amy is the Director of Sports Performance Nutrition for the Texas Longhorns Athletic Department and she has been working with Yancy's coaching clients for 20+ years.

If you're a highly competitive athlete or an athlete just looking to train for the "sport of life" so you can enjoy this beautiful rock of ours called planet earth, Yancy Camp is right for you.

All workouts are designed in a way that allow you to easily scale them down if necessary. For every workout, you choose a pace that works for you.

Access For Everyone
Each training session allows you to scale your effort, pace, and workout duration to meet your fitness level. As long as you have a place to run/walk, a few basic weight implements, and a place to follow basic training sessions, you’ll have everything you’ll need. Access to a basic gym helps but it’s definitely not required.

FAQs
How long and tough is each training session?
Weekly you'll be receiving 3 of the same training sessions I program for top level athletes in the sport of OCR. Some sessions will take 60-90 minutes to complete, but of course you're able to easily scale down the duration if needed. The workouts are challenging but your hard work will pay off.
What if I can't keep up?
You'll be able to easily scale down the session and follow a pace/effort that works for your current fitness level. If you're struggling, I'll be on the message boards (and so will your teammates) to help you along the way.
What if I don't have the necessary equipment?
For most workouts you'll need a place to run or walk (indoors our outdoors is fine). I don't require any fancy equipment but a few basic weight implements & the ability to do grip & pull strength training on a bar several times a week is important. A basic gym membership is helpful but not required.
What do you mean by "join the team?"
You'll jump right into the training, joining a group of members doing the same training on a particular day. If you join us on Tuesday, you'll be doing Tuesday's session, along with the other members. No need to wait for the start of a training cycle, just jump in and get after it with the Team.
Is Yancy really coaching us?
You'll jump right into the training, joining a group of members who have access to the same training. We're all in this together & the team message boards and leaderboards (you're not required to submit your scores) are all motivating and will help hold you accountable to your training.
