I’ve been racing & coaching in the sport of OCR for 10+ years & you’ll get the same coaching & feedback as my top-level OCR athletes as I coach you, & our Team through each training cycle.

With our entry level program you'll get 3 scaled down versions of the same workouts that I program for some of the sport's best on a weekly basis + weekly workout tests.

All workouts are designed in a way that allow you to easily scale them down even further if necessary. For every workout, you choose a pace that works for you.
We are for all levels of fitness.

Access For Everyone
Each training session allows you to scale your effort, pace, and workout duration to meet your fitness level. As long as you have a place to run/walk, a few basic weight implements, and a pull-up bar, you’ll have everything you’ll need. Access to a basic gym helps but it’s definitely not required.

Phase 1: Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 1 rounds Walking one leg RDL's x 20 (10 each leg) ABCD warm-up running x 3min Finish warm-up with 3min barefoot run at C pace effort

Phase 2: Walking lunge x 12 (6 each leg) immediately followed by split squat jump x 6 (3 each leg) Run x 2min at zone 3 aerobic effort (make sure you're at a comfortable pace) Weighted lunge x 10 Run x 2min at zone 3 aerobic effort Burpees x 10 This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 4 rounds *If you're completing this workout inside on a treadmill, go with 10% incline for rounds 2 & 4

Phase 3: Start timer Burpee x 10 Bar hand position change until forced to drop Continue repeating until you have completed a total of 100 hand position change reps. Your score for phase 3 is the amount of time it takes you to reach 100 hand position change reps. *The time it takes to do your burpees is included in your overall time. Much love - Coach Yancy

How long and tough is each training session?
You'll be following 3 of the exact training sessions that I program for some of the sport's most elite. So, you'll make adjustments to your pace and weights. Expect to find detailed instruction around how much effort and intensity to put toward each block of training.
What if I can't keep up?
Simply adjust your pace. The training is designed for anyone to perform a variation that fits their pace and load (weight). If you're struggling, I'll be on the message boards (and so will your teammates) to help you along the way.
What if I don't have a piece of equipment?
Each session will require that you have some open space to run. Ideally, you'll have access to a 400m track and a standard gym. But, there will be scaling options so you'll be able to quickly swap out a movement if you don't have a particular piece of equipment.
What do you mean by "join the team?"
You'll jump right into the training, joining a group of members doing the same training on a particular day. If you join us on Tuesday, you'll be doing Tuesday's session, along with the other members. No need to wait for the start of a training cycle, just jump in and get after it with the Team.
