Warfighter: Home to hundreds of athletes training daily to hit big lifts, fast runs, and take performance to the next level. Warfighter is built for military and first responders who know that physical fitness if the foundation of readiness.

Mobility: Led by Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Jamie Mraz, our mobility team provides daily 10-15 minute sessions to help you achieve better body positions and keep you resilient to injury. All mobility training provided is aligned with the Warfighter team, so your mobility work will prepare you for what you will do that day on Warfighter. This is why I recommend using the daily mobility as your warm-up for Warfighter, though it can also be performed as a separate session.

Team Yoke: Our bolt-on program taking 10-15 minutes that specifically focuses on hypertrophy of the upper back, delts, traps, and neck. Not only does having a strong neck and yoke prepare you for the rigors of a tactical profession, it's also a sign you train. Any skinny dude can have abs, but you can tell when somebody trains when they have a wide back and strong neck.

What's the best way to use this bundle?

Warfighter is the foundation. Each session takes 60-75 minutes (including warm-up and cool-down). If you are subscribed to Mobility then it can be used to replace either the regularly programmed warm-up or used as your cool-down. Yoke requires 10-15 minutes and is designed as an add-on to training, leaving each training session in total 70-90 minutes.

This is the most complete bundle we offer and is a steal when compared to $49/month for Warfighter, $20/month for Mobility, and $15/month for Yoke - get it all as a bundle for one price of $59/month.
