Warfighter: Mobility provides mobility and stability training 6 days a week focusing on common injury sites for tactical professionals.
Each session takes 10-15 minutes, focusing on mobility of the ankle, hip, and thoracic spine, along with stability of the knee, lumbar spine, and shoulder.
Every session on Warfighter: Mobility is aligned with each session on the Warfighter training team. Meaning that when we are squatting on Warfighter, this team will focus on movements to prepare you for the squat. Or when we are running or rucking, this team will prepare you for that session.
