1. I'm not an athlete — is this program really for me?
Yes. Athletic Aesthetic is for everyday adults who want to train like athletes, not compete like them. The programming at stages includes lifting, jumps, and plyometrics, but everything is scaled and coached so it's accessible whether you're returning to the gym or already lifting consistently.
2. How is this different from a normal bodybuilding split?
Most splits build size but leave you stiff and one-dimensional. Athletic Aesthetic combines upper/lower and full-body cycles with Olympic-style lifting and plyometrics — the principles I use with Olympic medallists, scaled for adults. You build muscle, move better, and feel athletic.
3. What if I miss a session or travel for work?
The plan runs in 4-week cycles, 5 sessions a week, delivered through the TrainHeroic app — train on your schedule. Miss a day, pick up where you left off. Travelling? Message me and I'll suggest swaps based on the equipment you have. Consistency over months matters most.
