    Our programming offers flexibility
    allowing you to choose between 2 to 6 workouts per week based on your time management preferences and

    tailored to your goals

    whether it's losing fat

    building muscle, or both, 

    and targeting your lagging body parts.

    • BEGINNERS: We will focus on good form and creating a solid foundation. You can easily expect to build 10–20 pounds of lean muscle.

    • INTERMEDIATES: We will focus on bringing up lagging body parts, achieving an aesthetic physique, and developing six-pack abs. We will implement mesocycles to accomplish these goals. You can easily expect to build 5–15 pounds of lean muscle.

    • ADVANCED: We will focus on building the last 5–10 pounds of your 'career' and will implement mesocycles to achieve this.

    • OVERWEIGHT: We will focus on losing body fat and building muscle simultaneously. We will aim to avoid plateaus and achieve your desired level of leanness  without resorting to extreme measures commonly advocated by other coaches.

    We ensure that you stay consistent with workouts and diet, as it can be challenging without accountability. We track your food intake daily and provide daily check-ins to keep you motivated while ensuring proper form , and progress without injuries.

    Accept the fact that most trainers, no matter how much you like them as a person, care only about milking your money without delivering results. 
    they accept lack of effort and lack of intensity because they Do not care.
    They don’t want you to know that their real objective is to keep you coming back, not to get you in shape. They don't further their education to gain more knowledge, and they don't know how to deliver results. They lack the ability to offer flexibility in your diet and are unaware of effective supplementation. They fail to provide motivation when you don't see results. They overcharge, teaching you useless exercises that yield minimal results. They train men differently than women, with women often receiving light weights and excessive core work, both of which are ineffective. They punish you, focusing on making you feel exhausted and sore for days. Accept the fact that if you've paid someone to coach you in person for months and haven't seen improvements, it's time to fire them.
    So take a minute and ask your self:

    • Do they understand your specific goals and take them into account when designing your program
    • Does the proposed routine consist of proven exercises
    • Do they look their part, and do they genuinely seem passionate about fitness and helping you achieve your goals?
    • Do they take your entire picture into consideration, or do they just give you a generic, cook-cutter plan?
    • Do they give you advice on your diet, or do they only focus on your workout sessions in the gym?
