I am obese. Can I join this program?
You absolutely can! Training sessions are simple and effective, and you have time to be as lean or shredded as you want! You may lose a good 50 pounds or more in this 6-month period.
Is it a good program for a beginner?
If you're new to lifting, this may be too much for you. I have a very cheap plan for beginners.
Wasn't the volume too high during the course of the sample week?
Not at all,Warm-ups are included, and reps are described before every workout! It's not the 3 x 10 you see in the sample week. I GIVE FULL INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT THE NUMBER OF REPS,YOUR PROXIMITY TO FAILURE,REST PERIODS, TEMPO,HOW TO WARM UP TO YOUR WORKING WEIGHT AND WHEN TO INCREASE WEIGHT
Do i have to go to the gym every day to do treadmill work?
No, you don't. You can walk outdoors or doing it after lifting weights(i give full instructions for alternatives to treadmill work or exercises).You need to go to the gym 5 times a week for your lifting sessions.
Do I have to diet hard on this program to get shredded?
The diet plan starts slow and builds up.You implement methods of calorie counting,carb cycling,fasting, & low carb periods only if needed. ifyour goal is to get lean,you won't suffer.If you want to get shredded, it's more restrictive,as you need to strip that stubborn body fat without holding water.
