The fitness industry is big on selling you on the latest fad. I am not big on selling you anything, just telling it like it is.

Here's your Detox:

  • Sleep 6-8 Hours a day.
  • Eat Protein & Vegetables at every meal.
  • Manage Your Stress.
  • Workout 3 Days a Week.
  • Move Every day.

You want to be more toned? Build some muscle. As the body fat comes off you need to do everything possible preserve the muscle you have.

You want to get leaner? Build some muscle. Muscle is the primary thermogenic organ in the human body.

You want to perform better in your sport? Build some muscle. A strong athlete is a more durable and able to perform at a higher level.

You want to be healthier? Build some muscle. Muscle is the organ of longevity: it strengthens your structure, reduces whole body inflammation and regulates your metabolism.

This program is designed with the beginner in mind to get them started on their fitness journey and keep them going.

We cover the basic movement structures: Squat, Hinge, Press, Pull, Lunge and Carry.

Developing these so we can apply them to every day life. This program you need a set of Dumbbells.

Your workouts are designed to be simple and progressive. Allowing you to execute them accurately and build consistency that will ensure your success. Each Monthly training block will be laid out to allow you the opportunity to get a little bit better and map your success by the accomplisments you make in reps and rounds.

FAQs
Do I need a gym membership?
No. You do not need a gym membership to get started. I do recommend a set of 10lbs dumbbells and maybe a yoga mat or stability ball.
Do I need to be able to do a push-up?
No, you do not need to be able to do a traditional push-up right away. We can start where you are and if that means doing push ups against a wall or with your hands on a counter, table or sofa then so be it.
Is this program just for beginners?
No. You can be of all levels with this program. The more advanced person would probably need access to heavier weights.
