Do you want to build some muscle?

The fitness industry is big on selling you on the latest fad. I am not big on selling you anything, just telling it like it is.

This program focuses on getting a barbell in your hands and getting you to perform your best.

This program features the use progressive overload through a variety of schemes and variations of periodization; linear progression, block and undulating.

There is a blend of hypertrophy, strength and power through out the block phases of training while keeping the exercises simple, practical and old school evidence "muscle".

We seek to build muscle and make great physiques, whatever that means to you, that perform at their best.

"I can change your life if I can get a barbell in your hands." - John David Reynolds III

FAQs
Do I need to know my 1 Rep Max?
No. We can start you where you are at with a barbell or even subsitute the movements to help develop muscular and bodily awareness. Then progressively work up through REP Personal Records. A 1RM is never necessary in this program.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. You can complete this program in a garage gym. If you have a commerical gym or you have access to specialized machines and would like to implement them or subsitute movements you just have to message your coach.
Will you check my form?
You can send video in-app to your coach for it to be evaluated, analysed and for you to receive feedback.

Verified Athlete

"I was constantly seeing my body change and thicken up. I get really scatter brained about my training, I try to improve all the things at the time. I can’t help it. You did a great job of aiming our training in a specific direction and then being able to get me zone in on the goal of that block."
