The Training Ground Erg Conditioning Classes are structured 30-minute conditioning sessions designed for busy individuals who want efficient, purposeful training without having to think about the programming themselves.

These sessions are built around human-powered cardio equipment such as Rowers, Ski Machines, Stationary Bikes, Manual Treadmills, and Airbikes, allowing you to control your pacing naturally without constantly adjusting buttons or machine settings. Each workout is time-based and scalable, making the sessions suitable for complete beginners through to advanced athletes.
Every training block is carefully programmed over 12 weeks with a specific conditioning focus, progressing your aerobic fitness, recovery ability, endurance, work capacity, and mental resilience. Sessions are structured with purpose; balancing harder efforts with recovery-focused days to ensure sustainable progress rather than random exhaustion.
Unlike typical HIIT apps or cardio classes that simply push intensity every day, Erg Conditioning follows a measured and repeatable system. You will track outputs such as average watts, calories, pace, or distance and work to improve your performance over time through structured progression.
These sessions can be used: • As a standalone conditioning system • Alongside strength training • To improve body composition and aerobic fitness • As lower-impact conditioning during rehabilitation or recovery phases
