Greg Everett

The Catalyst Athletics Club team is built for weightlifters who need a complete training program to get stronger, improve technique, and continue making PRs in the snatch, clean & jerk, and related exercises.

This 5 day/week program is written by Greg Everett, coach of the national championship team Catalyst Athletics and of dozens of national and international level lifters, including national record holders, national champions, and international medalists, and author of the world’s best selling weightlifting book. His training programs have been used by 86,000 athletes around the world.

Your training will be supervised by Greg to give you as much feedback as possible. You’ll also be training virtually alongside teammates for support and competition.

Get demo videos and explanations of the exercises, full warm-up, prep and cool-down protocols, and all the accessory work you need to be as successful as possible.

Money-back guarantee - if you don't believe in the programming before the end of your first month, we'll refund your money. You can also switch to another Catalyst team any time.

FAQs
Who is this team for?
We have lifters of all levels, from beginners to national championships competitors, including many masters. The program is designed to accommodate a range of abilities, and has been proven effective with all types of athletes.
How much coaching will I get?
Greg Everett checks in with the team daily to provide feedback, but you will not get individual feedback every day. You will also get help and support from your teammates.
Do I get video techique review?
Yes, you can post videos from your training as often as you want, but you will not get feedback on every video from your coach. There is no rigid schedule, but you can expect 1-2 times/week.
Is the program customized for me?
No, it is a single program for the team. However, your coach can suggest minor modifications when appropriate.
Will Greg Everett coach me at competitions?
No, this team is limited to the activity we do online.
Will I be on the Catalyst Athletics team?
No, this team is not part of the actual USA Weightlifting team, but lifters have been recruited for the team from it.
Can I combine this with another program or CrossFit?
This is a complete training program - adding any significant amount of other training on top of it is very likely to result in a lack of progress. Adding a moderate amount of CrossFit or similar can be done by athletes who are able to tolerate a large amount of training volume.
