Created to enhance your acceleration and top end speed, this 12 week program gives you 6 workouts every week consisting of: Proprietary warm ups to prep the body. Skills & drills that refine your movement patterns to maximize efficiency. Plyometric drills to increase rate of force development, and maximal power output. Sprinting, because we don't know how to get you faster without having you run as fast as possible. Cool downs designed to jump start the recovery process.
