Strong is a skill. Learn it.
Anyone can grind out ugly reps. This block teaches you to squat, bench and deadlift with positions that hold up as the bar gets heavy, using tempo work and controlled percentages instead of guesswork. Strength you build on technique keeps going up long after this block ends.

A plan that goes up, not just along
Every week the percentages step up on a schedule that was planned before you started, not made up as you go. Three sessions a week, around an hour each. You always know what you are lifting today and why, and you finish the six weeks with numbers you can point to.

FAQs
I have never lifted before. Is this too much?
No, this is exactly who it is written for. Week one starts at half of what you can lift, every exercise has a video demo, and the tempo work forces you to move well before the weight becomes the point. If you can squat and hinge without pain, you are ready.
What weights do I use in week one?
The app prescribes percentages of your best single lift. If you do not know your maxes yet, your first session doubles as the test: work up to a weight that feels solid for the given reps and log it. The app tracks everything from there, and your coach can adjust it in a message.
I am in Melbourne. Can I do this in person instead?
Yes, and in person is better. We run a coached powerlifting course at our South Melbourne gym where a coach watches every rep. This program is for people outside our area. If you are local, come and see us instead.

"I was terrified of gyms because I was overweight without any strength at all. A year and a half later I'm entirely different. It really is a revolution."

"I've had gym memberships before, and after 2 or 3 sessions I basically lost interest and stopped going. The guys at Revo PT broke that cycle. Now I work out three times a week, without fail. It's changed my life."

"A year later, I'm still going to the gym three times a week. I feel stronger, I look stronger, and I've built a consistency I never thought possible."
