A 6 week Olympic weightlifting program built around the snatch and the clean and jerk. You will drill the positions, build the strength that underpins both lifts, and put real technical volume in rather than just testing your max every session. Written by the coaching team at Revolution Personal Training in South Melbourne, Australia, where Olympic weightlifting is a core specialty. Every exercise has a video demo and your coach is reachable in the app. Prices in US dollars.

Stop guessing at the lifts
Most people learn the snatch and clean by copying what they see and hoping. This block breaks both lifts into the positions that actually decide whether the bar goes up, and drills them at loads you can hold shape under. You finish knowing what you are doing and why.

Built to fit a real week
Three sessions a week, each around an hour. That is enough to make real technical progress without taking over your life or wrecking you for whatever else you train. If you already lift or play a sport, this slots in beside it rather than replacing it.

FAQs
Do I need to be able to snatch already?
No. You need to be comfortable squatting and pressing a barbell overhead and to have no current injuries stopping you doing either. Everything else is taught. The percentages are deliberately modest so you can build the positions before you build the numbers.
How long is each session?
Around an hour, including the warm up. Weightlifting sessions look short on paper because the sets are low rep, but you rest properly between them. Rushing the rest is the fastest way to make this block worse than it is.
I am in Melbourne. Can I train with you in person?
Yes, and you should. We run coached Olympic weightlifting sessions out of our South Melbourne gym, where a coach can see your bar path in real time. This program exists for everyone outside our area. If you are local, come in instead.
