This program is designed for those looking to be or are already accepted to the United States Military Academy. This has been developed with various potential cadets as I was assisting them prepare to be as successful as possible at West Point.

This program will help candidates prepare for the Candidate Fitness Assessment. This program is ideally suited for candidates that are already athletes and likely have a full practice and competition load and this program is just going to supplement their current training.

This program can absolutely be done as a standalone regimen as well. If you are doing this and think you need a bit more volume, shoot me a message and I can advise additional movements.
