The Mjolnir Supertotal program has been expertly designed to increase muscle size and strength in the Big 5 barbell movements!

While it's specifically designed for barbell sport athletes seeking to achieve greater levels of performance, it's also a great program for team sport athletes seeking to improve size and strength during their off-season or as a great bridge program for Weightlifter seeking to try Powerlifting!

This program has been designed using the knowledge developed over nearly twenty years coaching thousands of collegiate athletes.

Will this program teach me the Snatch and Clean & Jerk?
While this program will help you achieve new levels of performance in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, it is not designed as a beginner program for those movements. You should have a good handle on the technique of those movements before starting Mjolnir Supertotal.
Will this program help me even if I'm not a barbell athlete?
ABSOLUTELY! This program has many similarities with the off-season S&C programs I write for the collegiate athletes I work with. It's a great program for anyone seeking to build size and total body strength!
