Blackout the Limit is offering a programming for Tactical Athletes all over the world.
The Tactical Athlete 1.0 is designed for those who already made it to their final destination in duty and need to stay fit.
Perfect as training before a deployment, 4 1/2 month of periodized training to make you fit for the stuff outside the gate. We work with 5 active days 1 active recovery day and 1 full rest day.
Focus on the major lifts and building volume to make sure that you are able to lift anything you want in any situation you must.
The plan is designed by owner Felix who served more than 12 years in the military as a sniper and takes care of your needs during the training.
