This is a 6 week Speed Camp that can be added to your regular training and sports practice. Sessions will be 2x per week and progressive throughout the 6 weeks.
This is designed for team sport athletes over the age of 14 up to adult rec league athletes.
You'll get faster, which in turn will translate to better performance on the field.
