Summer Shred 2026

Lift Run Bang

Coach
Paul Carter

You don’t need endless circuits, supersets, and high-rep workouts to get lean. You need a training plan that helps you retain muscle while your nutrition creates the calorie deficit required for fat loss.

That’s exactly what the Yoke Squad Summer Shred is built to do.

Over 11 weeks, you’ll follow structured hypertrophy training paired with progressive steady-state cardio. The lifting is designed to provide the stimulus needed to maintain your hard-earned muscle without creating unnecessary fatigue. As the program progresses, cardio gradually increases to support your overall energy expenditure in a way that remains manageable and recoverable.

This program does not include a diet plan, and training alone cannot guarantee fat loss. Pair it with a high-protein nutrition plan and an appropriate calorie deficit to get the most from the program.

The goal is simple: lose body fat, retain muscle, and come out of your cutting phase looking like you actually lift.

Who this is for

This program is for lifters who:

Are entering a dedicated fat-loss or cutting phase Want to retain as much muscle as possible while losing weight Prefer traditional hypertrophy training over exhausting circuits Can train consistently in a fully equipped commercial gym Are prepared to complete regular steady-state cardio Understand that nutrition will determine their fat-loss results Have basic lifting experience and can perform movements independently

Let's get after it.
