Peter's career includes competing for 2 years on the America’s Cup U.S. Bobsled team, coaching at the U.S. Olympic Training Center, and owning the premiere training facility in Santa Barbara for over a decade. FAQs
Who is this for?
This team is for someone with at least moderate strength training experience, no major injuries, and a desire for efficient, effective, holistic programming to improving their strength, performance, and longevity.
Who isn't this for?
A true beginner or someone coming off of a long layoff to training would be better suited starting off with either our Home or Gym Foundations programs, before joining this team. This is also not for someone with the time and specific goals for elite performance (competitive athlete, bodybuilder).
What if I think this is the right fit, but can only train 2 days/week?
Still join! Just do Day 1 and 2 each week. The days are all full body programs, so you will still cover each movement pattern/muscle group in the 2 days you can train.
How much communication will I get with my coaches?
A lot! Daily feedback in the app, a monthly "office hour", podcast, and newsletter, and an invite to an annual workshop in Santa Barbara, CA.
