At Prevail Conditioning Performance Center in Santa Barbara, CA, we have been guiding clients to results they never thought possible since 2009. We are excited to now offer this online platform and be able to provide our guidance to a healthy, resilient life to more people, starting with YOU.

Our "WHY" is to care for, support, and walk alongside our clients as they go through their journey. We care deeply about doing the process right, no matter how long it takes.

We're looking for people whose "WHY" is simple. You want the most out of life. You are busy with family, work, or other obligations, but still want to prioritize your health. You want to feel, look, and perform better. You're willing to work hard, but want the plan that will most efficiently get you where you want to go.

This is that plan. Through the programming, nutritional guidance, educational newsletters, and interactive Q&As, we want to help our team build the strength, conditioning, mobility, nutritional, and stress management habits to not just survive... but THRIVE.

That led to a variety of sports, competitive powerlifting, working in a physical therapy clinic... but he found that his deepest passion lies in coaching: building the plan to improve all aspects of a client's health, and guiding them through the habit change to implement it. FAQs
Who is this for?
This program is best suited for someone with at least moderate (1 year+) strength training experience, no major injuries, and an interest in a well-rounded approach to improving their strength, health, and fitness.
Who isn't this for?
A true beginner or someone coming off of a long layoff to training would be better suited starting off with either our Home or Gym Foundations programs, before joining this team. This is also not for someone with the time and specific goals for elite performance (competitive athlete, bodybuilder).
What if I think this is the right fit, but can only train 2 days/week?
Still join! Just do Day 1 and 2 each week. The days are all full body programs, so you will still cover each movement pattern/muscle group in the 2 days you can train.
What if I want to train more days/week than this?
The 3 full body workouts allow for forgiveness with your busy schedule (if you miss a session, you don't miss a whole body part that week) and recovery between sessions. We do love moving daily though! Outside of this, feel free to add in low intensity conditioning, plenty of steps, and play.
How much communication will I get with the coach?
A lot! You'll hear from us via program overview videos, responses to questions left in session comments or the team chat, one form feedback via video per week, and a weekly educational newsletter. We're here to support you!
