The resiliency program is a 2 day per week accessory program designed to bulletproof your body. Every 8 weeks we will rotate through different body regions that are prone to injury in functional fitness athletes.
Areas include the lower back, shoulder, knees, and hips.
There are mobility drills, specific strengthening exercises and evidence based tests of strength and power to see where you stack up and if you are improving.
This program was designed by yours truly, a physical therapist who's passion is keeping gym goers out of pain, and resilient into old age.
