This 8 week program is designed to help build a more resilient rotator cuff. This muscle group is the most important shoulder stabilizer and training it is very important as we age!
This program is not designed to replace a full physical therapy program for shoulder pain, but to be a place to start or to build more resiliency in the shoulder region to help stave off future injuries.
If you do Crossfit, weightlifting, powerlifting or any sport requiring fast movements overhead, this is the perfect program for you!
There is a testing day and then accessory work to perform 2 days weekly.Features
