Most athletes neglect knee over toe patterns and this program progresses you into those patterns to build strength and tolerance to them over the course of 8 weeks. 

If you have knee pain with stairs, lunging , or overall feel as though your knees are weak, try it out. 

2 sessions will be provided per week for 8 weeks.
