Our teams are an ongoing subscription where, upon joining, you will have access to a growing community of like-minded members who are all following the same workout program that continuously progresses week after week. You will be able to interact and engage in a community setting with your peers to all get better together and on top of this, Jimmy House will also be able to interact, help out, and engage with the community to help everyone get the most out of everything this team has to offer!
The workout split is comprised of 4 workout sessions per week, Upper body/Lower Body split, with a blend of hypertrophy training, explosive/athletic style training, and mobility training.
