This team has been built and developed from the ground up to provide an ongoing community workout program with the focus of building lean muscle to look and feel better, as well as help improve your mobility to move easier and improve your overall fitness and health.
Our teams are an ongoing subscription where, upon joining, you will have access to a growing community of like-minded members who are all following the same workout program that continuously progresses week after week. You will be able to interact and engage in a community setting with your peers to all get better together and on top of this, Jimmy House will also be able to interact, help out, and engage with the community to help everyone get the most out of everything this team has to offer!
This team is comprised of 5 workout sessions per week with the main concepts focused around as much range of motion and emphasizing a good stretch in each movement as possible while maintaining as much control as possible. The workout sessions are broken down into 2 upper body days, 2 lower body days, and 1 dedicated mobility day each week.
