This is Team is focused on helping grapplers and combat sports athletes build strength, athleticism, mobility, and improve their ability level for competition performance.

Having coached in strength and conditioning many prominent Jiu-Jitsu athletes in the sport such as: Nicholas Meregali, Jacob Couch, Dorian Olivarez, and more. As well as trained with the likes of: Gordon Ryan, Nicholas Meregali, and the rest of the New Wave pro team under head coach John Danaher, this team is built from the ground up to help you develop strength, athleticism and power, conditioning, mobility and everything it would take to help you be more successful on the mats.

Our teams are an ongoing subscription where, upon joining, you will have access to a growing community of like-minded members who are all following the same workout program that continuously progresses week after week. You will be able to interact and engage in a community setting with your peers to all get better together and on top of this, Jimmy House will also be able to interact, help out, and engage with the community to help everyone get the most out of everything this team has to offer!

This team is comprised of 4 workout sessions per week, 2 upper body days, and 2 lower body days, to maintain as much flexibility as possible to allow you to balance any workout week with your Jiu-Jitsu training as needed.
