We do 3 days of lifting, that cover your whole body, with an emphasis on building muscles so you have the shape you want in all the right places. Lifting days are all lower body dominant and carefully crafted to balance effort with reward and make sure you’re still ready to perform for your next exercise session.

You choose whether you do 1, 2 or all 3 to suit your training week. I even make sure you’ve got some high intensity cardio options for the days you really want something different.

To ensure you get the best, I bring a long history of hypertrophy training, running, swimming and sports. This is the very training that I have used with countless clients to boost their performance across a range of disciplines.
