You will get 3 days of lifting. We cover a little of everything, every day, to keep your muscles progressing without getting in the way of your performance outside the gym. You can choose how many workouts you use in the week. I program optional conditioning and cardio work on the off days so you're never left guessing. This is the strength work I've used with countless social and competitive athletes. It's how we build strong stable joints and muscles worth using.

On top of all that, you can ask nutritional questions to make sure we're getting the best results possible.
