This team is as straightforward as they come; it's for athletes who want to work on their weightlifting. If you're looking to make progress on your Snatch and Clean & Jerk, this is the team for you. You'll be doing both classic lifts as well as variations, and plenty of squatting and pressing. Coach Jeff Wittmer started his weightlifting journey in his basement at 10 years old, and went on to win multiple National Championships and compete on an international level, so whether you're brand new to weightlifting or already competing, he knows how to help you get to the next level!
