It's a goal we here almost every day: "I want to get my first pull up." If this is your goal too, you've come to the right place. We've developed a 15-week program to get you your first pull up and beyond. This program includes three phases to meet you where you're at (0 pull ups/1 pull up/3 pull up starting points) and get you to where you want to go. This is an accessory program that can be added on to any other training plan without interfering with your other goals. It isn't sexy. It will not entertain you. It will get you your first pull up, and then some.
