Gym Jones Movie Prep: the stuff that put us on the map and the programming that converts more of our athletes to believers than all the others combined. Join us for a training experience unlike any other as you are guided through a program like the ones we've used to get our favorite stars ready for their big screen moments, this time with the help of two talented coaches and a team of athletes doing the same work as you. With a focus on aesthetics and an emphasis on function, you'll come out of this looking and moving better than you ever have. Even if the closest you'll get to the big screen is watching Netflix on your couch, we've never heard anyone complain about looking the part!

2x5 Wall Squat 2x10 Air Squat 3x10 Good Morning @ PVC 3x10 RDL @ Barbell 3x10 Push-Up 2x5 Goblet Squat @ 25#

Warm Up II

B

1x Clean + 1x Front Squat + 1x Hang Clean One triplet every 30 seconds for 10 minutes (i.e. 20 total triplets) Use 75-135#

C

Deadlift

Deadlift

5 x 2 @ 80 %

Circuit

E

KB Swing (24kg) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps 30 second FLR on rings after each set

Cool down

5-10 minute cool down on cardio machine of choice

FAQs
How many days per week will I be training?
6 days a week! You'll have plenty of strength and aerobic work mixed throughout each week to get you strong and keep you moving.
What prep do I need to do?
We're starting with a prep phase, so you can start wherever you're at! Some experience with the major lifts will help but is not required; your coach can help you through every step of the way.
How much guidance will I get from my coach?
We've got 2 Gym Jones Fully Certified Instructors leading this team, so you're getting the best service we have to offer! Between Kurtis and Matt, you'll have plenty of attention. Plus, we've got several seasoned athletes on the team who will add their expertise, too. In short, you're in good hands!
