All workouts will be presented in a way that can be performed with body weight or varying weight equipment. There is a live session and recording each class to maximize opportunities to be coached.If you are looking to purchase equipment to maximize this program // suggest one weighted object (kettle bell // dumbbell // barbell).Do NOT let equipment deter you from starting // we will always make it work!

A

1 full minute Left split 5 no jump burpees 1 full minute right split 5 no jump burpees Bottom of the squat holds, work your ankles 10 swimmers (hands overhead, hands behind your back) 10 reps of squat therapy at the wall

This is a long, slow one. 40 minute AMRAP: 12 deadlift 9 hang power clean 6 shoulder to overhead 3 minutes of cardio (barbell weight: 65lb is rx) Each round is 30 reps (each minute of cardio is 1 rep)

Is it okay if I have no experience?
All are welcome! Exercises are accompanied by videos and explanations, and coaches are available by messaging for additional help.
How far in advance is programming released?
Programming will be released 1 week in advance to allow you some flexibility.
What if I don't have any equipment?
A body weight/no equipment option will be available for each day of programming.
