THE REALITY: HIGH POTENTIAL, TIME POOR. You haven't lost your edge; you’ve just lost your free time. If when your child goes to sleep you’re trying to decide whether to eat, workout, or take a nap - this program is for you! You are in the "trenches" of life—balancing a career, a household, and the relentless demands of raising a family. You still have the engine of an athlete, but the 90-minute gym sessions of your past are a luxury you can no longer afford.
Most "parent" programs are a trap. They either coddle you with low-intensity fluff or ignore the reality of your schedule. VIVR Parent is different. Built on 15 years of human performance experience with military, and professional athletes, this is a high-performance maintenance protocol for those who refuse to let their standards drop.
THE PHILOSOPHY: INTEGRATED CAPABILITY We don’t train just to look good in a mirror; we train to be capable. We train so we can carry the heavy load—whether that’s a rucksack on a mountain trail or a sleeping child up a flight of stairs. We use a Concurrent Training Model, meaning every session hits Strength, Explosive Power, and Work Capacity. No fluff. No filler. Just the stimulus you need to stay sharp.
THE SYSTEM: CALCULATED EFFICIENCY
3 Sessions Per Week: Full Body Strength & Conditioning. If life happens and you miss a day, you haven't missed a "body part." You’re always one session away from being back on track.
35–45 Minute Boxes: Every workout is "time-boxed" with AMRAPs and E2MOM protocols. You know exactly when you’ll start and exactly when you’ll finish.
2-Week Microcycles: We repeat movements over a 14-day wave. This eliminates boredom while allowing for progressive overload.
The VIVR Standard: Intensive qualities mean less volume is required. We use high-value movements (Landmine work, DB Complexes, Weight Vest finishers) to get a 60-minute result in half the time.
WHO THIS IS FOR: The Dad who wants to be the strongest version of himself for his tribe. The Mom who refuses to settle for "fitness light." The professional who needs a surgical strike in the weight room so they can get back to the mission.
THE GOAL: Optimized Family Function. We train to tame the beast so we can be present, patient, and powerful at home.

ELIMINATE DECISION FATIGUE
Parents make thousands of choices daily. Your workout shouldn't be one of them. Our 2-week microcycle structure removes the guesswork. By repeating movements over a 14-day wave, you focus on execution and intensity rather than wondering what comes next. Show up, check the app, and attack the mission. Mastery leads to results; consistency leads to transformation.

MAXIMUM STIMULUS, MINIMAL TIME
We use a Concurrent Training Model to hit power, strength, and engine capacity in every session. By utilizing intensive movements like the DB Bear Complex and Landmine pivots, we trigger a high-level physiological response with a fraction of the traditional volume. You don't need two hours in the gym when you have a high-octane protocol designed for "time-poor" high achievers.

FAIL-SAFE FREQUENCY
Life with kids is unpredictable. If you miss a "Leg Day" in a traditional split, your week is ruined. In VIVR Parent, every session is Full Body S&C. This ensures that even if you only hit two sessions in a chaotic week, you’ve maintained every physical quality. You are always one workout away from being back on schedule, keeping your momentum alive regardless of the chaos at home.

BUILT-IN TIME BOXING
We value your time as much as you do. Every phase of the workout is strictly governed by AMRAPs and E2MOM timers. This "Time-Boxing" ensures your 7-minute warm-up doesn't turn into 20 minutes of wasted effort. You’ll know exactly when you are finishing, allowing you to bridge the gap between a brutal training session and your next professional or family commitment without missing a beat.

OPTIMIZED FAMILY FUNCTION
The ultimate ROI isn't just a PR; it’s being a better leader for your tribe. We focus on functional capability—building a body that can handle the physical and mental rigors of parenting. By "taming the beast" in the gym through shared suffering and discipline, you return to your family with more patience, more energy, and the physical strength to lead by example every single day.
