VIVR | ON-RAMP: THE FOUNDATION

10 WEEKS TO REDISCOVER YOUR STRENGTH.

LIVE FULLY. TRAIN FIERCELY.

VIVR is derived from vivere—to live. We believe training shouldn't just make you better at the gym; it should make you more capable of enjoying your life outside of it. Whether that’s on the trail, the mountain, or just keeping up with the demands of a busy day, it all starts with a solid foundation.

THE "WHY" BEHIND ON-RAMP

We’ve all been there: life gets in the way, and the gym takes a backseat. When we’re ready to come back, the instinct is to make up for lost time by hitting it as hard as possible. But jumping into the deep end usually leads to "the week three wall"—where nagging aches and burnout stall your progress before you’ve even started. The On-RAMP is a 10-week bridge designed to help you transition safely and effectively back into a high-level strength and conditioning rhythm. It’s about training with intention, not just effort.

This isn't a "beginner" program—it’s a preparation program. We focus on building movement quality and work capacity so you can eventually graduate into our flagship programs, The Enthusiast or SoloSport, feeling durable and ready.

THE WEEKLY RHYTHM

** Strength & Conditioning (Mon/Fri): Full-body sessions focused on the basics: squats, lunges, pushes, and pulls.

** Capacity (Tues): "Juggernaut" intervals designed to build your engine without the wear and tear of high-impact training.

** Recalibration (Wed): A dedicated day for active recovery and mobility. We don't just "rest"—we maintain the machine.

** The Saturday Burn: A bodyweight Tabata session to kick off the weekend and celebrate the small wins of the week.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

If you used to train consistently but have struggled to find your rhythm lately, this is your entry point. If you’re coming from a traditional bodybuilding split and want to feel more "athletic" and capable, you’re in the right place. Real growth is earned through the willingness to show up, even when it’s hard. Let’s build something that lasts.

Build a Sustainable Foundation
Stop the "start-stop" cycle for good. This program focuses on strengthening positions and movements alongside your muscles. By prioritizing structural integrity in the first five weeks, you earn the right to push harder in the second half. You won’t just get strong; you’ll stay healthy enough to keep training for the long haul.

A "Bulletproof" Aerobic Engine
Our Juggernaut Tempo sessions build serious work capacity without the joint-pounding impact of high-mileage running. By using non-impact cardio we save your joints and stimulate your heart and lungs - ensuring you have the gas in the tank for long weekend adventures or high-intensity sessions without feeling chronically beat down.

Master Functional Movement
We strip away the fluff and focus on the movements that matter: squats, hinges, pushes, and pulls. Whether you're using a single dumbbell or graduating to double kettlebells, you’ll develop the body awareness and technical mastery required to move with confidence—whether you're in the gym or out on the trail.

Built-In Recovery
Most programs fail because they ignore the "space between" sessions. With our dedicated Wednesday Recalibration days, you’ll learn how to use active recovery and mobility to your advantage. You’ll discover how to manage your nervous system so you show up to every strength session feeling fresh, focused, and ready to work.

Seamless Integration into VIVR
This isn't a dead-end program. The On-RAMP is specifically designed to be the perfect segue into The Enthusiast or SoloSport or any of our other 10-week programs. You’ll learn the "VIVR language," get familiar with our training rhythm, and join a community of like-minded people who value discipline, resilience, and the joy of a hard-earned win.

FAQs
I haven’t trained in months (or years). Is this too advanced?
Not at all—this is exactly why this program exists. The On-RAMP is specifically designed for the "re-entry" phase. We program foundational movements and manageable volumes. We don't care where you're starting from; we only care that you're willing to show up and do the work.
I have old "junk" in my knees/back. Is the cardio safe?
Yes. A core pillar of VIVR is longevity. That’s why we utilize Non-Impact Cardio for our high-intensity intervals. You get the massive cardiovascular benefits of "athlete-level" conditioning without the joint-pounding impact of pavement running. We’re building the engine, not wearing out the tires.
Can I do this at a commercial gym or just a home gym?
Both. The equipment list is kept intentionally lean: DBs, KBs, Bands/cables and a piece of cardio equipment. Whether you have a decked-out garage or a membership at a big-box gym, you can execute this program. if you're lacking a piece of equipment, it is simple to swap out an exercise on the app.
How is this different from a standard "Bodybuilding" plan?
Bodybuilding focuses on how a muscle looks; VIVR focuses on how your body performs. We prioritize "Gait" (how you move), "Work Capacity" (your gas tank), and "Structural Integrity" (your durability). You’ll still build muscle, but it will be muscle that is actually useful.
What happens after the 10 week program is over?
You graduate. This program is the deliberate bridge to our flagship tracks. By Week 10, your body and mind will be ready for the increased demands of The ENTHUSIAST (general S&C) or SOLOSPORT (outdoor athlete) or to any other of our 10-week programs if you’re looking for a more specific outcome.

"As a busy dad of three who loves staying active but found himself stuck behind a desk, I needed a coach refocus me. Parker has been exactly that. His programs are genuinely fun, which makes showing up easy. I've already noticed more energy, a shift in my physique, and a renewed sense of momentum."

"Parker is the man! I had sort of fallen out of love with working out but Parker’s plans are realistic to follow. As a former college athlete it was frustrating to become “out of shape” but w/Parker I’ve lost over 10 lbs while building muscle and have enjoyed working out again."

"As a busy teacher and soon-to-be bride, I needed a plan that honored my time. With VIVR, I’m lifting heavier and feeling more confident than ever. Parker’s programming turns the grind into results, keeping me focused despite a hectic schedule. I’m finally seeing the growth I worked so hard for."
