Across two 5-week phases, we strip away the complexity of the barbell to focus on high-impact tools like Dumbbells and Kettlebells. These tools are approachable and versatile, allowing you to master the mechanics of the squat, hinge, push, and pull without the intimidation of a heavy rack.
