Who's this program for?
This program is for hoopers that are looking to increase their shooting accuracy, and build confidence to make shots anywhere on the court. This is a great combo program that you can do with any of my strength and conditioning programs below.
What age group can benefit from this?
This is for all age groups. This is most effective for middle school, high school, and college level.
Does it require any equipment?
You will need access to a basketball court.
How many training days?
This program includes 3-5 training days. It has 3 days of shooting workout plus I added 2 days of training session from my In The Zone - Elite Scoring System program. This program is loaded!
