This program is done 5x's per week. It is short and sweet but packs a punch. In each training session you will get 1 Main Exercise and 1 Supplemental Exercise, and then you you will end each session off with a finisher. There will be 2 more series of this program to come, 30 weeks of off season training that will definitely help you to shed fat and tone that muscle up. To do this program you will need a barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, Pull-up bar, weighted plates, jump rope, and a place to run.
