Who is this programme for?
Anyone who wants to wants to train like an athlete. Everyone right? Powerful, strong, quick and fit... The weeks are structured around 'team/sport' training on tuesdays, thursday and saturdays but can be applied to anyone who wants to be more 'athletic'.
What should I expect from the training week?
Each week is built with our training foundations constant, 'Strength underpins, power dominates, speed kills'. You will dose each of these qualities, with a concentrated dose aimed at the main physical target, strength, power or speed, depending on the block.
Will I be able to speak with the coach?
Yes! Though the TrainHeroic app you will be able to communicate with your coach for any additional questions or advice.
